Most important you have yet to admit your error claiming that PV was a limiting case of GR, when in fact it is other way around.
You wrongly said:
GR is to PV as Maxwell is to Kirchoff.
The correct statement is
PV is to GR as Maxwell is to Kirchoff.
Therefore, you are making a claim that PV is a replacement for GR not simply a useful "engineer's rule of thumb."

(1) There is no evidence that it's wrong experimentally because no experiment is yet able to differentiate between the Schwarzschild and exponential metrics.
I will be at GR 17 this summer. Everyone will be there. I will ask Martin Rees, Kip Thorne et-al on their opinion on this. It's my impression that the accretion disk radiation signatures pretty much establish the reality of the event horizons. I could be wrong. I will find out. We will know mainstream opinion from people actively doing the work by end of July. If you are right then the House of Cards of Bekenstein -> Susskind falls down. I mean holographic universe and all that. However, I bet you are wrong - also on your 2/3 prediction etc.
Meantime unless you have PV version of Kerr solution you got nothing really. Why is this such a hard problem for you to solve? It's easy in GR, so that tells you/us something.
(Claims for observation of "black holes" don't count, as the "dark gray" solutions of the exponential metric are nearly indistinguishable unless actual evidence for an event horizon is found, not yet seen.)
I will check all that out at GR 17 - one of main reasons I am going. You should go!
(2) In his early writings on the extension of relativity to gravity Einstein himself thought that the final version of GR would yield an exponential solution, and considered the Schwarzschild-type solution, though convenient, to be an approximation to maintain a linear dependence on the spatial coordinate (instead of a linear dependence on the potential, as in Yilmaz) in the spirit of the linear Lorentz transformations:
"From the fact that the choice of the coordinate origin must not affect the relation, one must conclude that, strictly speaking, equation (30) [Schwarzschild metric solution] should be replaced by the equation [exponential metric solution]. Nevertheless we shall maintain formula (30)."

Those calculations by Ed Harris I bet assume Newton's G at small scale when in fact G may be G* ~ 10^40 times larger than Newton's G on the relevant micro-scale! Note that 10^20 is square root of 10^40 so that a quantum gravity effect of order (Lp*/L) scales as (G*/G)^1/2
Therefore, if the experiments are correct, I don't know that they are, they show G* ~ 10^40G on the relevant microscales. I have shown why the effect is hard to reproduce because of phase noise. Phase stability between the vorticity circulation flow of the control Bose-Einstein condensate and the Bohm-Aharonov-Josephson flux through it is the key to practical low energy metric engineering the fabric of space-time. This is a macro-quantum magneto-hydrodynamic effect not a gravimagnetic effect. The control rotating superconductor (or equivalent) is like the scattered beam with the substratum vacuum coherence of condensed virtual electron-positron pairs as post-inflation field like the reference beam in the reconstruction of a hologram image. The hologram image is the induced exotic vacuum zero point field /\zpf ~ Trace (K) in Alcubierre's warp drive formula.

http://qedcorp.com/APS/NEWPodkletnov.pdf
It's relative phase instability between the vacuum coherence and the control superconductor coherence. They do not have vacuum coherence in their theories! That's what is missing from them, from Puthoff's and from every competing theory in the field of metric engineering the fabric of space-time for NASA BPP Mission Objectives. Capische?
My theory has nothing to do with the Modanese-Podkletnov or Ning Li's theory. It is a completely different deeper approach - much deeper. I show how both gravity and dark energy/matter emerge from the inflation field and how that inflation field comes into being to begin with! None of them have that. They start with Einstein's gravity to begin with (or Hal's wrong PV alternative) and therefore throw the baby out with the bath water. They can never get to the key idea although Modanese got the closest to it.

Secondly, there have been rumors about a UFO using a mercury-plasma toroid that also utilizes a gravity-shielding effect (the TR3-B). Do you think that the Podkletnov Effect could be replicated on a larger-scale using a toroidally-shaped chamber filled with mercury plasma?
That sounds to me like the Victor Schauberger Nazi "Bell Experiment" in Nick Cook's book. Only if that plasma could sustain a stable atomic Bose-Einstein condensate being, in effect, a high Tc superconductor whose macro-quantum coherent phase can lock with the deep substratum vacuum coherence phase in the Bohm-Aharonov-Josephson effect! You never see Puthoff & Co use these deep ideas in the context of metric engineering of stargates and warp drives. All they have is random semi-classical SED, from random comes random. From nothing comes nothing.
TV: Third, from what I've read the general understanding is that Cooper-Pairs are what makes the device function -- does your analysis support gravitomagnetic coupling in Cooper-paired electrons, or do you have an alternative explanation?
You clearly do not know much physics if you cannot answer that question for yourself. The answer is roughly YES! But depends what you mean by "gravimagnetic". I have the precise equation for all this in my paper.
The picture is VERY SIMPLE independent of what everyone else has written on the subject.
The rotating control superconducting disk or plasma ring with a stable atomic or ionized plasma condensate as the case may be has a huge number of "effective bosons" (their precise nature does not matter as shown in PW Anderson's "More is different" - another term not in the Puthoff & Co lexicon BTW) are circulating in a loop so that they have a hydrodynamic vorticity flux field. This is where the connection to Victor Schauberger's primitive explanation comes in. In addition these circulating bosons must carry a charge so that they feel the nonlocal Bohm-Aharonov-Josephson magnetic flux field.
The vorticity and magnetic pseudo-vectors are oriented anti-parallel in space to get the vacuum coherence/control superconductor coherence phase-match resonances to work. If there is too much phase noise the effect washes out, which is why it is so difficult to reproduce.
So, in summary, we have the virtual electron-positron pair macro-quantum condensate as the "background reference beam". You can think of the Bohm-Aharonov-Josephson effect as the reconstruction of a hologram image - the basic formal equations are very similar to the archetypal "2 slit experiment" of quantum theory!
The magneto-hydrodynamic flow (not geo-magnetic) of the control charged boson condensate (on mass shell real electron-pairs will do, but you can use other real on mass shell charged bosons as well) beats against the substratum vacuum coherence of the off-mass-shell virtual electron positron pairs, to induce the anti-gravity zero point dark energy field /\zpf > 0 that provides the zero g force warp drive lift in the sense of the "acceleration field G-Engine" of the Bondi-Hill-Trimble-Alcubierre class. That in a nutshell is how it all works. That's how the saucers fly. That's the next step in the evolution of man. That's what metric engineering in Super Cosmos is really all about.

Precision cosmology data from 1999 - 2004 on Type 1a supernovae, gravity lensing and the NASA WMAP space probe have shown that our universe is spatially flat and is accelerating in its expansion rate from an anti-gravity "dark energy" field that is 73% of the large-scale stuff of the world. Recent experiments (CDMSII) show that very sensitive dark matter detectors do not click as I predicted they would not. Ordinary matter made from electrons, neutrinos, nucleons and photons in gas clouds, stars, planets, black holes et-al are at most only 4% of all the stuff in the universe. I have shown that both dark energy and dark matter accounting for 96% of the stuff of the universe are different phases of exotic vacuum with negative and positive quantum pressures respectively in accord with standard results of Einstein's theory of gravity and quantum theory. Elementary particles like the electron have a strongly gravitating zero point energy inner core of positive quantum pressure that prevents the self-electric charge from exploding just as the invisible galactic halo, also a sphere of zero point energy of positive quantum pressure, prevents the stars in our galaxy from escaping willy nilly. As Above, So Below. I have also shown how, in principle, using the Bohm-Aharonov-Josephson effect with rotating superconductors (E. Podkletnov & Ning Li), we can manipulate the relative amounts of anti-gravitating dark energy and gravitating dark matter to make stable traversable wormhole star gates for fast space travel and even time travel within our universe and the parallel universes next door in the hyperspace of super cosmos. The dark energy is what Herman Bondi called "negative matter" and can, therefore, be used for "acceleration field" (Paul Hill) weightless warp drive propulsion in Alcubierre's sense with zero g-force and small tidal curvature stretch-squeeze even in high speed hairpin turns. This implements George Trimble's 1956 concept of the "G-Engine" for Unconventional Flying Objects discussed in Nick Cook's "The Hunt for Zero Point" from Jane's Defence Weekly and William Austin's article "To The Stars" in Aviation Week and Space Technology March 1, 2004. The military implications for air and space defence and WMD of these new physics concepts are obvious.

So far so good. Of course Paul Ginsparg did not let this prediction of mine on the Cornell archive - that dark matter, like dark energy, is a virtual zero point energy effect with w = -1 of positive quantum pressure in contrast to dark energy with negative quantum pressure. The clicking of a dark matter detector is forbidden in my theory - apart from errors with false positives. However, my prediction is in my book "Space-Time and Beyond II" copyrighted in Library of Congress and on Amazon. Let's see if my prediction stands the test of time with more experiments down the line.
I have repeatedly written that the dark matter detectors will show a null effect as a matter of principle analogous to the null effect of the Michelson-Morely experiment.

Researchers from the Cryogenic Dark Matter Search II (CDMSII) say they are pleased with their first results, which show that their detector is working and set new constraints on how the so-far undetected matter can behave, if it exists.
For decades, physicists and astronomers have known that conventional particles of the type that make up atoms, stars and people only account for a tiny fraction of the Universe's mass. The rest of the mass is referred to as dark matter, as its identity is unknown. It is thought to come from a variety of heavy particles that rarely interact with regular matter and can pass through conventional objects unseen.
CDMSII has been looking for a type of theoretical particles called weakly interactive massive particles, or WIMPs. If they are detected, this would not only shed light on the mystery of dark matter, but would also be good evidence for supersymmetry, a theory of physics that goes beyond today's standard model.
Chilled out
The new detector is four times more sensitive than any previous experiment. To shield it from high-energy particles from outer space, the machine is based 700 metres underground in an abandoned iron mine in Soudan, Minnesota. The detector is also chilled to within a tenth of a degree of absolute zero to reduce vibrations from surrounding molecules.
The detector itself consists of sensors attached to six germanium and silicon crystals. If a particle strikes one of the crystals, it causes the crystal to ring like a bell, and the sensors detect the vibrations.
However since it started running in November last year, the detector has not seen a single WIMP. The negative result puts an upper limit on the number of interactions that can be occurring over a certain period of time, says Harry Nelson, a physicist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He presented the results at the American Physical Society's annual meeting in Denver, Colorado, on 3 May.
Elusive effect
That effectively contradicts the findings of DAMA, a less sensitive experiment based at the National Laboratory of Gran Sasso, Italy, that has been collecting data since 1996. Researchers there thought they might have detected WIMPs. And they saw more particles in the summer than in the winter, an effect that could have been caused by the Earth travelling with or against the flow of cosmic dark particles.
But Nelson says that if those events were real, then the more sensitive CDMSII should have seen 50 events for each one detected by DAMA. "If the particles had been present, we are sure we would have seen them," he says.
Other results have cast doubt on DAMA's finding, but the data from CDMSII are likely to be seen as conclusive evidence that the Italian experiment did not spot a new particle. "[DAMA's finding] is essentially dead," says Lawrence Krauss, a theoretical astrophysicist at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Physicists with the CDMSII experiment say they will now add another 24 crystals to the detector, increasing its sensitivity tenfold. If they still fail to find something, then theorists who believe in supersymmetry may have to rethink their ideas. "CDMSII isn't exerting an annoying pressure on theorists yet," says Nelson. "But they're starting to feel it."

I have repeatedly written that the dark matter detectors will show a null effect as a matter of principle analogous to the null effect of the Michelson-Morely experiment.

A major flaw in Puthoff's whole program for NASA BPP described in Aviation Week March 1, 2004 "To The Stars" is that you cannot solve interesting problems with it like you can do in Einstein's GR.
Diaz's paper solves some important problems using GR that Hal is not even able to formulate in PV.
In particular, we can easily compute the /\zpf field configuration in
Guv + /\zpfguv = 0 for w = -1 exotic vacuum using Diaz's equations in IV that simplify significantly when w = -1.
Note that w < -1 is phantom energy with a Big Rip destroying our universe completely after a finite time as in the Revelations of Saint John. w > -1 is quintessence. In my theory w = -1 exactly and we are precariously balanced on the razor's edge with the Cosmic Sword of Damocles hanging over us - unless we become Q-Masters and get good at metric engineering. We have no more time to dilly dally with false leads.
Look at Diaz's equations 4.3 - 4,7 as a start and set w = -1, so a lot of terms go to zero.
Note that
Tuv(exotic vacuum) = (c^4/8piG*)/\zpfguv
where
hG*/c^3 = Quantum of Area
This will be a scale dependent variable that I think is ~ (1 fermi)^2 at the scale of practical metric engineering (an educated guess only)
/\zpf = (Quantum of Area)^-1[(Effective Volume)|Vacuum Coherence|^2 - 1]
Where Vacuum Coherence obeys a macro-quantum guv covariant Landau-Ginzburg equation with a Mexican Hat Potential
V(Vacuum Coherence) in the simplest model like in the class of inflation theories.
So we need a bootstrap self-consistent solution of Einstein's IT FROM BIT field equation with the BIT FROM IT Landau-Ginzburg equation.
Diaz's solution is a step in that direction telling us what the Vacuum Coherence pattern must be.
However, we can get away with not having to solve the difficult nonlinear bootstrap on small scale ~ 30 meters let's say using only from a /\ zpf = 0 initial non-exotic vacuum with the rotating high Tc superconductors (e.g. Ning Li & E. Podkletnov as a motivation)
/\zpf(induced) = (Quantum of Area)^-1(Density of Circulating Condensed Superconducting Real Electron Pairs in the Rotating Disks)^1/2(Density of Condensed Virtual Electron-Positron Pairs)^1/2 (Volume Occupied by the Real Electron Pairs)cosine[2pi[(Enclosed Magnetic Flux)/(Flux Quantum) - (Enclosed Mechanical Vorticity Flux)/(Vortex Quantum)]

“The effects that the present accelerating expansion of the universe has on the size and shape of Lorentzian wormholes and ringholes are considered. It is shown that, quite similarly to how it occurs for inflating wormholes, relative to the initial embedding-space coordinate system, whereas the shape of the considered holes is always preserved with time, their size is driven by the expansion to increase by a factor which is proportional to the scale factor of the universe. In the case that dark energy is phantom energy, which is not excluded by present constraints on the dark-energy equation of state, that size increase with time becomes quite more remarkable, and a rather speculative scenario is here presented where the big rip can be circumvented by future advanced civilizations by utilizing sufficiently grown up wormholes and ringholes as time machines that shortcut the big-rip singularity.”

I had this same idea independently.
“Space-time wormholes were introduced in Wheeler's idea of space-time foam. Traversible wormholes as defined by Morris & Thorne became popular as potential short cuts across the universe and even time machines. More recently, the author proposed a general theory of wormhole dynamics, unified with black-hole dynamics. This article gives a brief review of the above ideas and summarizes progress on wormhole dynamics in the last year. Firstly, a numerical study of dynamical perturbations of the first Morris-Thorne wormhole showed it to be unstable, either collapsing to a black hole or exploding to an inflationary universe. This provides a mechanism for inflating a wormhole from space-time foam to usable size. Intriguing critical behaviour was also discovered. Secondly, a wormhole solution supported by pure radiation was discovered and used to find analytic examples of dynamic wormhole processes which were also recently found in a two-dimensional dilaton gravity model: the construction of a traversible wormhole from a Schwarzschild black hole and vice versa, and the enlargement or reduction of the wormhole.” Sean A. Hayward, Recent progress in wormhole dynamicshttp://arxiv.org/abs/gr-qc/0306051
“We show explicitly that traversable wormholes requiring exotic matter in 4-dimensions nevertheless have acceptable stress-tensors obeying reasonable energy conditions in higher dimensions if the wormholes are regarded as being embedded in higher dimensional space-times satisfying Einstein's field equations. From the 4-dimensional perspective, the existence of higher dimensions may thus facilitate wormhole and time-machine constructions through access to exotic matter.”

Good point. The ideas of Julian Barbour, David Deutsch on time derive from Sir Fred Hoyle’s sci-fi novel “The Black Cloud” that I read at Birkbeck I think in 1971. See also P. K. Well I have read the book. John Alexander attempted to get Nick and I together, however that did not play out.

One thing that many people do not know [or have overlooked] is that the mythos of weird German science has been exaggerated both by the left and the right. The Germans did not have super science, they were however looking at some areas that may not have received as much attention in the USA or Britain.
For example Peter Goudschmidt [ALSOS project...mission into Rhineland ahead of allied forces to reach the German bomb project] dismissed reports of German research in directed energy weapons [there were at least 5 separate programs] as science fiction "like the German rocketry program". Also much of the lack of German progress in radar has been used as an example of how science could not flourish under such a regime. Probably true on many levels...however again history has been re-written. The German research in WW-II concentrated on unique radar countermeasures, one of which is still real close to a classified approach.
Many people are unaware of the German research in electro-optics including infrared television camera and a NONLINEAR optical image intensifier...I know the engineer at North American who examined and tested a German device that was using something like a DFWM imaging system...at least that is what the optical diagram looked like to me.......

S-P have you gotten Nick Cook's book "The Hunt for Zero Point" yet?
The very end is unfortunate - Nick ends it with a plug for Bearden's MEG! Ugh! Can you resend that message from Sc Am debunking MEG?
But the book has many interesting connections and many of the people we know (John Alexander, Millis, Hathaway, Hal ...)
By far the most important idea is George Trimble's "G-Engine" concept of 1956 for which I now think I have the basic theory that encompasses Podkletnov's, Ning Li's, Schauberger's "phenomena" and includes torsion fields almost trivially. Without vacuum coherence one has nothing, and I am convinced that Hal does not yet understand what I am talking about when I use the term.
The most important "evidence" is Victor Schauberger's "Bell experiment" and how it fell into the hands of Evgeny Podkletnov's father after WWII via NKVD.
Direct connection Nazi occult -> Schauberger's "vortex implosion" -> Soviet torsion fields -> Ning Li/Podkletnov -> hooplah over free ZPE/anti-gravity leading to March 1, 2004 Aviation Week "To the Stars."
Some key physics errors that keep popping up in Nick's writing:
1. The idea that gravity emerges from pure random ZPE that Hal Puthoff pushes is completely wrong throwing the non-random vacuum coherence baby out in the turbulent waters. Dan Marckus has not seen through that confusion.
From nothing comes nothing. King Lear
The purely random ZPE SED HRP model is sound and fury, a Tale Told by an Idiot signifying nothing.
All The King's Horses and All The King's Men cannot put Humpty Dumpty together again.
One needs oil on the waters! (Ben Franklin)
2. Hal & Co basically do not understand Einstein's equivalence principle and neither does Mark Millis with all their talk about changing the inertia to get a weight reduction! That would be a bad idea even if you could do it because of "Just Six Numbers" (Martin Rees)
In the simplest terms
W = mg only in a non-geodesic LNIF
If you want to lower W on say a NASA launch pad you control g not m!
How they can make this elementary very serious error of strategic conceptualization of what The Question is over and over again is beyond my comprehension?
The Emperor truly has no clothes!
"The Question is: What is The Question?" Wheeler
3. Nick's attempt to explain the Bell need to be deleted from the next edition. Nevertheless the Bell is the most interesting empirical part of the book. Hutchison is too of course. I knew his Austrian girlfriend at Henry Dakin's and she said Hutchison is a UFO Contactee and the "phenomenon" happens via ET intervention.
4. On Townsend-Brown we need to look at V. Petkov's "dipole" paper - in case there is some shred of truth to it. So I will re look at that. Petkov's paper may be a clue.

To: Scott Littleton, Victor Martinez , Subject: Re: Party photos of Dr Jack Sarfatti & Uri Geller's Precog RV of"11-11!"
Scott,
The exact wording of Jack's March 29 email on Geller's March 15 comment
about 11-11 is:
"Let me note for the record today March 29, 2004 that on March 15, 2004 Uri
Geller in London told me and others at Simon Daniel's that '11-11' would be
important. He did not know more than that."
It is perhaps significant that Uri regards 11 as his "magic number". In the
book *The Geller Effect* by Uri Geller and Guy Lyon Playfair (Henry Holt,
New York, 1986) p. 257:
"Immediately prior to the mirror-materialisation episode, however, neither
Geller nor I had said anything at all for several minutes. I wondered if
what he had been reading might have been responsible, but this did not seem
possible. He was reading the page numbered 7/4 (page four of an early draft
of Chapter Seven, now Chapter Eight) in which he mentioned his work at SRI
International, and noted the seven plus four is eleven--his 'magic' number.
I found this somewhat far-fetched, although I had o admit that Uri's magic
number certainly seems to produce results. This was about a week after he
had won both the raffle prizes at Clement Freud's party with tickets
numbered 111 and 121."
[Note that 121 = 11 x 11.]
Anyone who is conversant with recent developments in unified field theory
would immediately think of 11-d supergravity which is the "low energy"
approximation model for 11-d membrane theory. In 11-d space-time there are 4
dimensions of ordinary space-time and 7 "hidden" dimensions.
The original string theory of 1970 was a 26-d space-time theory which could
handle only bosons. So there are 22 (= 11 + 11) hidden dimensions in this
theory.
The number 22 reminds me that there are 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet,
and that the well known Atbash cipher uses the fact the 22 = 11 + 11. In
this cipher the 1st letter aleph is replaced by the 22nd letter taw, the 2nd
letter beth is replaced by the 21st letter shin (and so on)--thus the world
Atabash. There are instances of this cipher in the Bible as for example in
Jeremiah 25:26 and 51:41 where "Babel" is replaced by the cipher word
"Sheshach". (Cf. *The Code Breakers* by David Kahn (Macmillan, New York,
1967).
Atbash is an example of a cryptographic code (where information is hidden in
artificially generated noise). Dual to such codes are error-correcting codes
which keep information free from random noise. Such codes have a role in
unified field theory in the sense that both the Hamming-8 code and the
Golay-24 code are used for anomaly cancellation in the heterotic string
theory, which weaves together the 10-d superstring theory with the 26-d
bosonic string theory. And this reminds me that while Golay-24 is a binary
error correcting code, there is a ternary Golay code, which is a perfect
code called Golay-11. (A perfect code of length d uses a maximally efficient
sphere-packing in a d-dimensional space.) I suspect that the Golay-11 code
may be useful in the ll-d membrane theory--but this is just a wild guess at
this point, since I have just thought of it in this context.

Re Uri Geller's "11-11" precognition, this is not the first time I've run
into these numbers in a UFO context. In the early 1980s my friend Douglass
Price-Williams, a psychological anthropologist on the staff of UCLA's
Neuropsychiatric Institute, told me that he was present when Herb Schirmer,
a young Nebraska Highway Patrolman, who claimed to have been taken aboard a
UFO after he stumbled onto it (and its occupants) during a routine patrol
on 12/3/67 near the town of Ashland, NB, underwent hypno-regression by
James Harder. Among the information gleaned during this session that, to
the best of Doug's and my knowledge, never made it into print was a curious
statement by Schirmer that, as he was escorted out of the UFO by his
abductors, he found himself focusing briefly on an oblong sign just above
the exit door on which were emblazoned the words "eleven eleven" followed
by the word "fember" (or at least that's the way Schirmer recalled it under
hypnosis). According to Price-Williams, when Schirmer described the sign
he became extremely agitated, whereupon his voice took on a very different
tone and said in a calm and matter-of-fact way, "Don't worry, we have him
under control." Doug speculated that this could have been an alien
speaking directly to the investigators in real time through the subject's
lips.
Afterwards, Schirmer told Harder and Price-Williams that those numbers were
very important & somehow terrifying, although he didn't know why. From the
moment I heard this story I suspected that it reflected a date of some
sort, although there was no obvious year. "Fember" may have reflected the
month of "November," especially as Schirmer was of German descent and may
have recalled a grandparent pronouncing the word "November" in the German
way, with the v becoming an f. Also, if this had occurred when he was very
young he could well have articulated it as "'fember," dropping the initial
syllable. (For more details of the Herb Schirmer case, please see Richard
Dolan, UFOS AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY STATE (2nd ed., Hampton Roads, 2002,
pp. 341-342.)
In any case, I doubt whether the similarity between what Schirmer saw and
Geller's recent vision (or whatever) is coincidental. "11-11," possibly
followed by another "11" and/or the word "November") may indeed prove to be
significant, whether or not it refers to the current year. I strongly urge
all UFO (and paranormal) investigators to check their notes carefully to
see if they've found anything similar, and especially if it's
contextualized, so that we can pool our data and try to make sense of what
these numbers mean. One curious synchronicity does come to mind: the
Armistice that ended World War I went into effect at the "eleventh hour of
the eleventh day of the eleventh month" of 1918. Could the "Alien Raj"
have had a surreptitious impact on the Allies in this regard? One wonders....
Cheers,
Scott

W = mg only in a non-geodesic LNIF

Scott,
The exact wording of Jack's March 29 email on Geller's March 15 comment
about 11-11 is:

Cheers,
Scott

I am indebted to John A. Wheeler but not to Evgeny Podkletnov who credits Hal Puthoff with Andrei Sakharov's 1967 idea that gravity is emergent induced from zero point fluctuations (ZPF). Actually Sakharov had it wrong in 1967. Gravity comes from the nonrandom PV coherent condensate of virtual electron-positron pairs (dominant contribution at long range), it's the dark energy/matter that comes from the remnant of random ZPF. BTW Podkletnov invokes Akimov's and Shipov's "torsion field" that we considered at ISSO 1999-2000. We even brought Shipov over from Moscow at least twice. We did not come to any definite conclusion. There is a lot of coverup disinfo around the subject. Methinks the debunkers "doth protest too much."
I know the US Navy funded some of the R&D on our side - and the project may have gone "black." The issue really is the strength of the coupling of a torsion field to quantum spins of particles both real and virtual inside the vacuum. You cannot compute the torsion coupling from first principles yet anymore than you can compute G/c^4 for the curvature coupling. That so far is still a matter for experiment.
Titor has roughly the correct gravimagnetic term
w^2(df - wdt)^2
that Hal Puthoff cannot get in his "PV without PV" model.
I hope I got the symbols right but you should be able to recognize this…right? nuts... the a, f, r, Delta and q didn't make the translation in this font.

Steven Hawking proposed the existence of microsingularities that were created in the big bang. They were probably about the size of a proton and disappeared over the years due to an effect of radiation evaporation. (Yes, black holes do emit energy.)
HIGH ENERGY PHYSICS = ARTIFICIAL MICROSINGULARITY
When I first started posting online a few months ago, I said that major breakthroughs in particle physics were around your corner. Soon, CERN will bring their big machine on line and they will be smashing very fast and high-energy particles together. One of the more odd and potentially dangerous items produced from this increase in energy will be microsingularities a fraction of the size of an electron. (
ARTIFICIAL MICROSINGULARITY = LOCALIZED KERR FIELD
Yes roughly, I first suggested this in H. Frohlich's "Collective Phenomena" 1973 and worked on it with Abdus Salam in Trieste 1973-4 where I thought about making black holes in the laboratory.

Alexander Burinski in Moscow and Phillipe Gaugain in Paris are working today on similar ideas.
You need G* ~ 10^40 G on scale of one fermi ~ Lp^2/3(c/Ho)^1/3 for this idea to work and explain hadronic resonance universal Regge slope as well as stability of the spatially extended electron never solved before. V. Petkov BTW does not solve the problem.
Through trial and error, and although they are quite heavy, hot and capable of putting out a great deal of energy (300 - 500 megawatts), it's discovered that these microsingularities can be electrified and captured. It is also interesting to note at this point that electrified singularities also have two event horizons. By spinning these various microsingularities, a localized Kerr field is created.
LOCALIZED KERR FIELD = TIPLER SINUSOID
By using two microsingularities in close proximity to each other, it is possible to create, manipulate and alter the Kerr fields to create a Tipler gravity sinusoid. This field can be adjusted, rotated and moved in order to simulate the movement of mass through a donut-shaped singularity and into an alternate worldline. Thus, safe time travel.

"They [the Nazi's "Bell"] were trying to build a fucking time machine."
British Black Ops Agent "Dr. Dan Marckus" to Nick Cook on p. 229 "The Hunt for Zero Point"
Very good finessed phase stability magnetic flux control is needed to get the vacuum-superconductor coherence resonance.
OK this is rough - only half-baked.
What is key is control of the relative phase between Podkletnov's rotating superconductor coherence and the interpenetrating vacuum coherence in the common support. The vacuum is everywhere the superconductor is.
You need to use the gauge-invariant canonical form of the kinetic momentum of the center of mass of a single electron pair in the control rotating superconductor:
2mv = p - (2e/c)A
p = -ihd/dx
for the circulating electron pairs in the rotating superconductor.
So per on-mass shell superconducting pair take the line integral around its circular path of radius r.
The dynamical action of the center of mass of the real electron pair is
Integral of pdx = 2mfpir^2 +( 2e/c) (enclosed magnetic flux)
where f is the frequency of rotation of the superconductor and I use the nonlocal Bohm-Aharonov effect
So the idea is to make a kind of "resonance", i.e. to finesse the magnetic flux so that the dynamical action is stably a small fraction of h in a given region of the fuselage of the Unconventional Flying Object in Paul Hill's sense with "acceleration field" zero g-force propulsion (AKA Bondi negative matter propulsion, Alcubierre geodesic warp drive)
Then we have it! We have the Black Ops 1956 Trimble G-Engine Mission Objective! I mean we are pretty close to getting it! 50 years too late, but better late than never. ;-)
That is, the induced w = -1 zero point exotic vacuum dark energy/matter field is
/\zpf ~ (Quantum of Area)^-1(density of electron pairs)^1/2(density of virtual electron-positron pairs)^1/2(volume of superconductor active region)cosine2pi[(2mfpir^2 + 2e/c(magnetic flux))/2h]
You want the magnetic flux to "point" opposite to the mechanical circulation - like anti-parallel spins i.e. the sense of the mechanical vortex circulation of rotation must be relative to the applied magnetic field such that the two terms subtract to get a very tiny action less than 2h for the single pair.
The idea is that the virtual electron pairs of the vacuum coherence are merely the background "reference" beam for this "vacuum hologram" in a rough analogy, with the rotating superconductor and its enclosed magnetic flux like the scattered beam in the hologram.
The reason one does not see anti-gravity easily is that the damn action is too big compared to 2h so the cosine term fluctuates rapidly averaging to zero with no effect.
Increase the phase stability by 2 powers of ten may be all that is needed?

Dear Jack,
what puzzled me is that you say Visser does not assume vacuum coherence?!
Do you see where he mentions it?
I will look again. The closest Visser gets is 7 with mention of Higg particles, but I see no mention of
"vacuum coherence"
"phase of vacuum coherence"
"ODLRO" for "Off-Diagonal-Long-Range-Order"
"virtual electron-positron vacuum condensate"
"dark energy"
Why the cosmological constant is what it is because of vacuum coherence.
So I think I am correct.
If
I understand it right then he does not consider any superconductive
properties of the vacuum but then he is wrong!
I don't see that he does unless it's buried in 7. I have not understood the paper in any depth yet.
Because as was noted by Roman
Podolny in his 1983 book the unification of the physical forces is possible
because of ... "the superconductive properties of the vacuum", and also ...
"the physical laws are stored in the vacuum" or an extreme version .. "the
current physics is physics of the vacuum".
Fine, but let's see his math.
How does he derive Einstein's guv field from SC vacuum.
Also the SC is virtual electron-positron pair condensate not a virtual electron-electron condensate. The vacuum SC is not quite the same as an ordinary SC although I think they will beat together in a Josephson interferometer web of weak links where the induced exotic vacuum "acceleration field" propeller is
/\zpf(induced) ~ (Quantum of Area)^-1|Chaio Impedance Match Coupling Coefficient||Density of virtual electron-positiron vacuum condensate|^1/2|Density of real electron pair condensate|^1/2cosine[2pi(Sum over different species of Trapped Flux)/(Flux Quantum)]
Also dark energy was not known in 1983.
I have sent a letter to Mitchell J. Porter about the conceptual breaktrough
that Podolny nicely explains for non-physicists like me, namely everything
is understood in the framework of the Meissner effect and suggesting that
vacuum is superconductive [Bose-Einstein condensate]. Here is part of my
letter to Mitch :
"Everything is very very simple and starts from the possibility the vacuum
to be filled with virtual particles, so called zero point energy
fluctuations. They appear and die soon after their birth, so they cannot be
even registered if there are not the influences these virtual particles upon
the real particles - like the Casimir force, anomalous electron behaviour
because of virtual positron shell, etc.
But this is just the beginning ..
It comes out that everything comes from SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF THE VACUUM and
ANALOGUE OF THE MEISSNER EFFECT.
Wow!
So what? What's your point? In order for this to be important you have to show how Einstein's theory of gravity connects to this idea of the superconducting vacuum. What is the penetration depth in Podolny's model. It better be ~ c/Ho? What is the coherence length?
Podolny says to imagine a superconductor and external magnetic field. In the
superconductor the magnetic field is zero i.e. as if the magnetic field is
totally reflected, while currents are generated. The electrons form
Bose-condensate at low temperature -- but when the temperature raises the
Bose-condensate is destroyed and the magnetic field "enters" in the
superconductor.
How is this relevant to the vacuum problem?
Now comes the second question: how many forces are in the nature -
electromagnetic, weak, strong forces and gravity. It comes out that weak
forces are too short acting, and what about the strong forces the scenario
is the same.
But what if the virtual particles in the vacuum are Bose-superconductors for
the weak and strong forces. In the vacuum these forces will be zero in
analogy with the magnetic field. If we raise the temperature the
Bose-condensate of the virtual particles in the vacuum is destroyed and the
weak forces enter the vacuum - they become long-range acting. This happens
at temperature 10^16 kelvin, while there is only species of BE condensate
that makes the electromagnetic-weak force to be different from the strong
forces. When the temperature is raised this BE condensate is destroyed too
and at 10^27 kelvin all the forces are the same i.e. act as long-range
forces.
THIS IS PERFECT CONCEPTION! As if I have "opened my eyes" for the reality
around me.
Good for you. But I do not see how this relates at all to the Sakharov idea? And what kind of condensate do you mean? What is your condensate made out of?
What is interesting is that the book is from 1983 and constantly quotes
Andrei Linde and Iakov Zeldovich - researchers in the institute for
superconductivity in USSR [superconductivity <-> vacuum]."
What really impressed me is the simple explanation of the unification of
forces as well as the brief history of the Universe. Of course the Podolny
book is too interesting and full of interesting facts, but for pitty I do
not know any English version or from where it can be purchased. I personally
don't have so much time to translate it for my english friends.
Since I have not read the book I cannot judge what you are saying.
Please quote what they say about Sakharov's idea in that book.
So a comment on your letter - yes you are right, the vacuum is coherent and
it is built from Bose-Einstein condensates, do Visser deny this ???

As far as I can tell from only skimming he does not address the possibility, unless it is buried in his 7.
Dear Jack,
what puzzled me is that you say Visser does not assume vacuum coherence?!
Danko

Yes, of course. That is true. But no one has claimed that Einstein's theory of general relativity emerges right out of the phase field of the vacuum coherence with the added bonus of the dark energy/matter from the intensity of the vacuum coherence. The latter is 96% of all the universe. No one has said that other than me.
Also I mean a very specific kind of vacuum coherence from the "Bose-Einstein condensate" of off-mass-shell virtual electron-positron pairs inside the physical vacuum.

Yes, of course. I was at Salam's Institute in Trieste in 1973-4.

So many USSR physicists has developped the superconductive properties of

Why you say that vacuum coherence is original idea of yours?

Because it is in the precise sense I mean the term "vacuum coherence" it is a PV condensate.
If you can show me that any of the above derive both Einstein's guv field and Einstein's cosmological constant /\ - now generalized as a local zero point energy density field at all scales, from a coherent macro-quantum wave of virtual electron-positron pairs (primarily) then I will retract my statement. Also I claim this is the inflation field of cosmology on the large scale.

Of course what is missing from Matt Visser's helpful review is the idea of vacuum coherence which seems to be uniquely original to my theory in the precise way I mean it. It is not in Modanese, not in Volovik, not in Ning Li et-al - definitely not in anything Puthoff, Haisch et-al have written.
When I use "vacuum coherence" I mean a QED BCS type vacuum instability causing the inflation field to form where Einstein's gravity emerges from the coherent Goldstone phase of the inflation field and the unified w = -1 dark energy/matter is controlled by the Higgs intensity of the inflation field.
I have a dynamics for inflation not found in current adhoc models.
What is wrong with Visser's paper is that it impliciltly assumes
vacuum coherence = 0
Visser does not ask the right question.

Possibly you are aware of this paper, but if you haven't read it it nicely
present several ways to develop the Sakharov's idea for "emergent" gravity
that needs not micro-quantization.
The author derives important conclusions and compares the 4 ways one can go
after accepting Sakharov's idea that gravity is emergent
1. Sakharov: Demand one-loop dominance.
2. Pauli: Demand one-loop finiteness.
3. Frolov-Fursaev: Demand one-loop calculability.
4. Renormalizability: Demand one-loop calculability for certain differences.
You should read the paper but what impressed me is that one of the
interesting approaches suggested by Frolov & Fursaev was systematically used
by them to model black holes and the associated phenomena. So the original
Sakharov's idea is possibly viable alternative to micro-quantum gravity as
you call it.

My, you are a busy man, sir! Thank you for sending me
the setting for the Hal Puthoff section. I think your book is going to

Concerning my review of Cook’s book, I have had some
scores of e-mails enquiring about this. It appears that this period and these themes still hold endless fascination for many people. I have attached here a footnote to my review which may be of interest as historical background to many people who have written to me. I read Jammer years ago. It's good. He has 2 books BTW.
But first I would like to thank Saul-Paul for pointing out some mistakes
in my text.

Yes. Will the University of Chicago ever forgive me for this? “Goudschmidt” should also be corrected to “Goudsmit,” although don’t ask me where he lost the German consonants. Though he became later an American citizen, Goudsmit came from the pre-1914 Dutch middle-class, and I have an idea that they were very sensitive to common German name-endings!

Yes. But there appears to be some confusion about the CIA and the previous Central Intelligence Group, a short-lived temporary structure designed to try and unify the dog’s breakfast that had appeared after Truman quickly dissolved the OSS. I quote from The CIA's Greatest Hits by Mark Zepezauer, where the author appears to be referring to the CIG structure, and not the CIA.
“One of the most important of all CIA operations began before the agency was even born. Many Nazi leaders realized they were going to lose World War II and started negotiating with the US behind Hitler's back about a possible future war against the USSR. In 1943, future CIA Director Allen Dulles moved to Bern, Switzerland to begin back-channel talks with these influential Nazis. Officially, Dulles was an agent of the OSS (the Overseas Secret Service, the CIA's predecessor) but he wasn't above pursuing his own agenda with the Nazis, many of whom he had worked with before the war. Indeed, as a prominent Wall Street lawyer, Dulles had a number of clients - Standard Oil, for one - who continued doing business with the Nazis during the war.
Both Dulles brothers were close to the maternal grandfather, Henry De Forest, of one of my past significant others as described in my autobiography "Destiny Matrix." See "Edie" by Jean Stein and the late George Plimpton. The other paternal grandfather, Henry Dwight Sedgwick, anticipated the post-quantum physics of "presponse" while at Harvard in 1908 in his "House of Sorrow." Sedgwick's brother was The Atlantic's Ellery Sedgwick. Both were members of the Porcellian Club like Skull and Bones at Yale whose first president was Timothy Dwight - all related apparently to ex-DCI James Woolsey.

The US Army and Gehlen arrived at a "gentlemen's agreement." The “gentlemen’s agreement” here refers to the agreement with U.S. General Sibert, who “managed” Gehlen whilst he was in the USA. Cookridge in his book Gehlen gives a good account of these early post-war days, as do Hohne and Zolling

late 1960s, I had many memorable conversations with Brigadier Bill Williams, who was General Montgomery’s Chief Intelligence Officer during the War. I remember he told me that Bedell-Smith had a quite remarkable brain, and his work was vital to the organization of the entire D-Day organization. He had also unlimited praise for Eisenhower, but that is another matter! Thank you again Saul-Paul. Here is the historical postcript to my review of The Hunt For Zero Point:
We are always asking questions about Hitler, and it is quite right that we should do so. Theoretically, he should be almost forgotten, like the Kaiser. But something very strange and quite unique happened in Germany between 1933 and 1945. The celebrated books of the great conventional historians (Bullock Trevor-Roper, Taylor) are essentially descriptive and see Nazism as a wider and more terrible manifestation of what to them was nevertheless a good old-fashioned nationalist endeavour. In this sense the Kaiser’s war indeed does fit the classical equations of the traditional historical view. What happened between 1914 and 1918 can be somewhat rationalized in terms of that conventional socio-economic/ego-imperialistic military chauvinism manifested by Napoleon, the battles of the British Empire, and the Franco-Prussian war of 1870. As a piece of history, the Great War (as it was called then) of 1914-1918 was a recognizable piece of the late 19th century. Though today in
a very different world, we reject Marx, there is no doubt that Marxist
equations do describe quite adequately the historical forces of the 19th century, beginning with the French Revolution through the nineteenth century up to the Russian Revolution of 1917. But using the analogy of the inadequate state of 19th century physics before
the Curies and Einstein, the problems of understanding Nazism are just as different, equally formidable and equally terrifying. Just as a new world picture was needed for Relativity, we need a new world picture to understand Nazism. And sadly, we do not have one.
Nazism was not a manifestation that stemmed from traditional forces. It was essentially an occult philosophy that stemmed from mystical ideas about racial and national identity (Wagner, Nietzsche, et al). Intellectually, the Nazi mind was married to that quite respectable philosophy of eugenics which had considerable influence in academic circles since Francis Galton coined the word (see the recently published War Against the Weak ) The fundamental problem with Nazism begins when we realize and accept that the great liberal secular tradition which (for sake of argument) began with Rousseau and Tom Paine) does not accept occult philosophy. This tradition of science, democracy, the scholastic tradition of “objective” factual analysis within essentially a republican social and political framework is now firmly established in the great universities and schools of the Western world. This great humanitarian tradition tried the Nazi leaders at Nuremberg in 1945 as it would try common horse-thieves. This was because Nazism was quite beyond the cognitive lens of traditional minds of even such cross-examining barristers as the brilliant Hartley Shawcross. Legal definitions and traditional moral terms were not adequate, because what the Nazis did was quite beyond all rational, moral, and certainly legal conceptions of both science and democracy.
I had a letter asking how Hitler could "read" of events since he avoided certain death many times.. Well to my mind the answers can be given only if we reconstruct for a moment a holistic world model in which elements of personality are not finite, but
extend into animal, mineral and vegetable realms that spread through the whole entire material realm. Very few these days accept such a model. If it enters universities at all, it is as a descriptive entity and not an operational one. The Renaissance world picture is perhaps the last collective example of this view in Western culture before the objective techniques of physical science became the next “successful” culture in line. The Elizabethan culture was equally successful; witness Shakespeare and the growth of European culture from that time. Sixth century Athens and second
century Alexandria were equally “successful,” (as was Byzantine society) but modern science is rather wary of pre-scientific cultures that were as “successful” as it. To my mind, the much-abused New Age movements are often tragic attempts to try and rediscover this rejected model if only in order to try and understand what evil movements such as Nazism are made of. They all try (often commendably) to re-capture lost transcendental elements of personality that belong to a deeper history and are not subject
to clock-time, a fairly crude mechanism which is a new and rather callow arrival on the historical stage. We must understand what Jung meant by his concept of participation mystique. I expanded on this in some detail in a post to M. Martinez some two weeks ago, but there were some strange loops going on in these threads and postings at this time, and it may have got lost. For those interested, it is appearing in Combat Diary 19, available sometime in the first week of May.
Here is a modern restatement of the basic Shakespearian synthesis:
(1) Mind and Nature are one entity. Our thought processes reach out through the natural realm. The concept of "action at a distance" is unecessary. Information is transmitted simultaneously through massively expanded states of being, not by means of distances and velocities.
As in Rupert Sheldrake's data and the CIA SRI RV data of Puthoff & Targ as well as similar NKVD/KGB allegations written down by Constantin Ivanenko from Saint Petersburg, Russia today.
(2) Aspects of personality survive death to reappear in a myriad of forms.
(3) We are uniquely responsible for our actions.
(4) There is possible a dialogue between Mind and Nature
(5) Animal forms of the most detestable kind can readily invade and take over human beings.
We saw that in Robespierre, http://www.historyguide.org/intellect/robespierre.html Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden et-al
Let us forget the intimidating words “witchcraft” and “occultism” for a
moment, and see Hitler in Shakespeare’s terms. In other words to “find” Hitler we must go back to Iago of Othello, Goneril and Regan of King Lear, and above all Lady Macbeth. They could all “read” beyond themselves, for better or for worse.
I will conclude with a story told by Albert Speer, Hitler’s armaments
Minister. At sometime during the last year of the War, when it was obvious that all was lost, Speer said that he decided to kill Hitler. He said that he intended to drop poison gas into an air-intake filter for the Fuehrer bunker that stood accessible in a nearby small park. A few days later, on entering the park, he saw that the intake chimney had been extended by workman to an inaccessible height! He stood transfixed with fear, expecting a gun in his back at any moment, for was utterly convinced that Hitler had read his thoughts, and this was his little joke before Speer himself died in a most unpleasant fashion. On checking, Speer found that the order for the chimney
extension work (a miniscule event in the Fuehrer’s day!) had been carried out on Hitler’s direct orders, so why was he, Speer, still alive and not accused? Summoned to an audience, Hitler made no sign that he had read Speer’s intentions. Speer concluded that he had, but unconsciously.
Perhaps we should conclude that like Lady Macbeth, Hitler was not so much a man, more a realm of Nature.

Incident # 1. Last night discussing the strange coincidences of the past few weeks with UFO investigator Kim Burrafato including the story from Iran - Kim suddenly interrupted me turned his clock around and the digital read-out said "11-11." I said to Kim "Why did you do that"" He replied "I don't know. I suddenly felt it was significant." I had not told the Uri Geller "11-11" story to Kim previously. Indeed, I don't think I have mentioned it on e-mail at all? Please correct me if I am wrong there?
Incident #2. This morning upon awakening thinking of the unwieldy 500 pages of current form of "Super Cosmos" and what I have to cut out of it, I thought of Alan Cohen, the Beat Artist of San Francisco Oracle in 1968 whose collage of me is in my book "Destiny Matrix." I had not thought of Cohen for maybe a year and considered putting his collage in full color as the cover for Super Cosmos.
About an hour later David Gladstone telephones me to tell me that Alan died in past few hours. He was terminally ill, but was not a close friend prominent in my stream of consciousness - that self-organizing IT <-> BIT "landscape" piloting our brain events measured by Karl Pribram whose Thom/Arnold catastrophes mark the passage of self-conscious experiences.

Message from Colin Bennett:
Hi Jack,
My, you are a busy man, sir! Thank you for sending me
the setting for the Hal Puthoff section. I think your book is going to
be a sensation. The argument is clear, but the math is beyond
me at the moment! As an Eng.Lit person, I am up to Fourier Analysis
and partial differentials, but the private tutor I have hired says it is
going to be a long time before I get to Tensor Calculus and Riemann
geometry! To this end, I am reading Penrose, The Emperor’ New Clothes.
Concerning my review of Cook’s book, I have had some
scores of e-mails enquiring about this. It appears that this period and these themes still hold endless fascination for many people. I have attached here a footnote to my review which may be of interest as historical background to many people who have written to me. By the way, there are two books in the American Physics Society reprint series I mentioned that you might be interested in. They are Quantum Physics in America: the Years Through 1935 by Katherine R. Sopka, The Conceptual Development of Quantum Mechanics by Max Jammer, and the rare The Theory of Heat Radiation by Max Planck.

"General Gehlen was whisked to Fort Hunt, Virginia, where he soon succeeded in convincing his captors that the Soviet Union was about to attack the West. The US Army and Gehlen arrived at a "gentlemen's agreement." The “gentlemen’s agreement” here refers to the agreement with U.S. General Sibert, who “managed” Gehlen whilst he was in the USA. Cookridge in his book Gehlen gives a good account of these early post-war days, as do Hohne and Zolling
in The General Was a Spy. By the way, in all these books the suggested names for the MJ-12 group occur regularly. A personal note about Bedell-Smith. Whilst I was at Oxford University in the
late 1960s, I had many memorable conversations with Brigadier Bill Williams, who was General Montgomery’s Chief Intelligence Officer during the War.
